How to make it:
- Beat 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt.
- Add the bread mix and 50ml extra virgin olive oil. Add herbs to taste.
- Grease a baking pan or use parchment paper.
- Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
- Vegan version: add 150ml water to the bread mix, use a fork to further break the flaxseeds, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
