As Customer Operations Coordinator, you are the link between customer, sales and logistics. This is not a standard customer service vacancy: you combine customer contact with operations, coordination and process improvement.
You ensure that orders run smoothly, that contracts and data are in order and that cooperation with our warehouse and international partners runs smoothly. At the same time, you think along about how processes can be smarter and more scalable.
Internships at Vital20
